Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Chennai Shift: Rotational (including Night Shift) Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Exp.: Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital/healthcare customer service Key Responsibilities: Handle patient inquiries at the front desk and over phone calls. Assist patients with registration, appointments, billing, and other service-related queries. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care. Manage admission and discharge procedures with accuracy. Provide clear information regarding hospital services, facilities, and policies. Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism. Maintain patient records and update the system promptly. Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and patient care. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil, Hindi preferred). Strong problem-solving ability and patience while handling queries. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment. Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
