We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with a neutral or UK accent to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite demeanor, and the ability to resolve customer queries effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during conversations.
Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible and escalate issues when necessary.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow company scripts and guidelines while ensuring a personalized experience.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Requirements
Fluent in English with a neutral or UK accent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous customer service, BPO, or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Flexible to work in UK shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
