Customer Care Executive ( Tamil ,Telugu)

Key responsibilities

• Customer communication: Handle both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and efficient manner.
• Problem-solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective way.
• Information provider: Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Data management: Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the company's system, such as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and by maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
• Team collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and meet departmental goals.
• Sales support: In some roles, may be involved in identifying new sales leads.

Skills and qualifications

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Computer proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service or CRM software are often required.
• Attention to detail: The ability to accurately document and process information is critical.
• Flexibility: A willingness to work flexible hours or in shifts may be necessary.

• Required Language: Tamil, Telugu
