About the Role

Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Semi Voice Process. This role involves assisting international customers, providing resolutions on transaction-related issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via semi-voice and voice channels.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions for transaction-related issues.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Meet performance and process compliance standards.
• Work in rotational shifts including night shifts and rotational week-offs.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Prior experience in customer support is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate.
