About the Role: We are looking for callers to join our e-commerce team. Your role will be to verify Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders placed by customers through a simple phone call. This is not a sales or target-based job – you are not selling anything, only confirming details. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Call customers who have placed COD orders on our website. Verify order details such as name, address, and confirmation of purchase. Update order status in the system based on the call outcome. Follow simple call scripts to ensure clear and professional communication. 🛑 What this job is NOT:❌ No selling or pitching products to customers. ❌ No sales targets. ❌ Not a BPO or telemarketing job. 👤 Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. A polite and professional phone manner. Basic smartphone/PC knowledge for updating records. Prior calling experience preferred, but freshers are welcome. 🕑 Work Details: Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Full-time) Location: Oberoi Garden Estate, Chandivali Type: Work from office 💡 Why Join Us?
