Job Description

We are the representatives of a major international company in India. We have a marketing collaboration with one of the largest companies in India.

We seek a proactive and communicative Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationship with dealers, ensuring smoother order processing.

Key Responsibilities.

* Call and engage with dealers to educate them on product value and technology updates

*Follow up on oustanding payments and ensure timely clearance.

*Coordinate and follow up for new orders

*Prepare and maintain Excel sheet for order tracking and dealer communication

*Sending Emails to dealers, distributors and customers.

*Create impactful Power Point presentations

* Communicate effectively in Hindi

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in customer service , sales coordination or dealer management.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in West Delhi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
