Manage cash handling activities at the branch, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
Perform teller operations such as processing customer transactions, issuing receipts, and resolving queries.
Assist with branch sales efforts by cross-selling bank products and services to customers.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and perform daily reconciliation tasks.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
1-5 years of experience in cashier activities or related field (preferably in banking).
Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, including cash handling procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
