Responsibilities

  • Order Confirmation:

    Contact customers promptly after they place an order to confirm the details and ensure accuracy.
  • Customer Communication:

    Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through WhatsApp and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Address and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Team Coordination:

    Collaborate closely with the Quality and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met and service standards are maintained


Qualifications

12th pass

Bachelor’s degree

·      Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

·      Proficiency in using WhatsApp, phone systems, and basic computer tools (MS Excel, email, CRM software).
