Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and to promote customer

centricity in the organization by improving customer service

experience and engaging with customers.

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems

through to resolution.

  • Have understanding of IIFL Gold loan business and schemes.
  • Keeping the existing customers updated with their existing

account details.

  • Ensure daily door to door & shop to shop marketing.
  • Must focus on marketing activities to ensure that IIFL brand

is known in the targeted catchment area of atleast 5 square

kilometres radius for enhancing walk-ins resulting in

business.

  • Proactively participate in business development and

recovery of overdue loans

Preferred candidate profile

Fresher or 1 year of work experience in customer facing role

  • Strong communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to achieve

excellent service

  • Organized, self-motivated, dynamic and goal oriented
