Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document all interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed customer service KPIs, including response times and satisfaction ratings.
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve products, services, or processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
