Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience and be fluent in German, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle international inbound calls.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Provide product information and solutions via phone or email.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet performance targets and quality standards.
Job Requirements
  • Fluency in German (B2/C1/C2 level).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in handling international inbound calls is required.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
