Noida -63 Location.
Position- CRE-Service
Experience- 5+ years in premium segment
Location- sector 63 Noida
Salary- Decent hike on last drawn.
Skills-: Excellent written & verbal skills, Knowledge of excel(basic&advance), Result-oriented.
Job Responsibilities-:
. Can able to make calls for Service due reminder.
. Can be able to work on excel like appointment sheet, pick & drop driver details.
. Emailing for service appointment confirmation for online appointment.
. Can able to handle customer query on call and provide assistance related to vehicle pickup, service due, any breakdown, towing car etc.
