We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team! The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 20 daily calls to dental clinics, explain our project, and enroll them.
Maintain Excel sheets, reports and follow ups.
Handle emails, messages, and Instagram queries with professional replies.
Support Instagram content handling and responses.
Coordinate with the team and ensure smooth communication.
Requirements:
Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in customer handling preferred

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹29,036.37 per month
