Guest Service Executive

Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Counter Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately, maintain cash balance, and ensure proper billing procedures.
  • POS Operations: Operate POS systems efficiently for billing, ticketing, and food sales.
  • Guest Handling: Provide courteous and prompt assistance, address guest queries, and ensure a pleasant service experience.
  • Ticket Sales: Sell tickets at the counter, issue receipts, and guide guests about available services.
  • Food Counter Sales: Handle food orders at the counter, upsell items, and ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Food Service: Serve food to guests at their seats while maintaining hygiene and service quality standards.

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Basic cash and POS handling knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
