Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can efficiently handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system
  • Provide information about products/services and guide customers accordingly
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution
  • Meet daily/weekly targets related to calls and resolution time

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
