Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chat, primarily in Bengali.
  • Provide accurate product or service information to customers in Bengali.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and service.
  • Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bengali, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Bengali, with the ability to clearly explain product details and solve issues.
  • Patience and problem-solving abilities to handle challenging customer queries.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and customer service tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Hindi or English is an added advantage.
