Job Description

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chat, primarily in Bengali. Provide accurate product or service information to customers in Bengali. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and service. Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively. Qualifications : Proficiency in Bengali, both spoken and written. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Good communication skills in Bengali, with the ability to clearly explain product details and solve issues. Patience and problem-solving abilities to handle challenging customer queries. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and customer service tools. Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations with professionalism. Knowledge of Hindi or English is an added advantage.
