Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Patient Coordination: Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with the check-in process.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments for OPD and Health Check-ups.
Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing telephonic calls and provide guidelines to clients via phone and WhatsApp.
Billing & Registration: Effectively manage registration procedures and handle billing for both OPD and Health Check clients.
Inquiry Resolution: Promptly and accurately respond to client queries regarding clinic services, ensuring all communication is courteous and informative.
Multi-task seamlessly between patient registrations, call handling, billing, and query resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Graduate in any stream.
Job timings/shift detail: Any 9 hours duty between 7:30 am to 8:00 pm

· Experience: 2–6 Years in Healthcare Industry (Diagnostic/Hospital)

Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations/Billing Registration Software
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent coordination and team-working abilities.
