As a Junior Customer Care Executive, you’ll be the friendly voice that supports our customers across calls, emails, and chats(across various channels). You’ll make sure every shopper leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email & social media
Assist with orders, returns & exchangesDeliver empathetic, professional support at all timesCoordinate with internal teams to solve issuesDocument feedback to help us improve
What We’re Looking For
Great communication skills (English + Hindi)
Positive, patient & solution-focused attitudeBasic computer knowledge (emails, MS Office, CRM)Eagerness to learnPrior experience in Fashion industry is a must!
