Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher

Process: Voice/Non-Voice (Inbound & Outbound)
Shift: Rotational
Working Days: 6 days/week
Week Off: 1 rotational off
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Eligibility:

  • Graduate candidates only
  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets and follow company guidelines

Interview Timing: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
