About the Role

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an international voice process under the Roche line of business. The role involves handling customer queries professionally, providing accurate support information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduates & Undergraduates – both eligible
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is required
• Healthcare background will be preferred
• Communication: Excellent spoken English (must meet communication evaluation standards)
• Assessment: Versant C1 is mandatory

Compensation & Work Structure

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (depending on experience and interview performance)
• Working Days: 5 days/week
• Week Off: Rotational
• Shifts: Rotational shifts
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab available (within approved hiring zone)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions via calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or resolution
• Maintain service quality and adhere to SLAs and process compliance
• Log and document interactions effectively
• Escalate complex cases as per standard procedures
