Customer Care Assistant

As a Customer Care Assistant, your role involves providing top-notch support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other channels. Your responsibilities will include resolving complaints efficiently, providing product/service information, troubleshooting assistance, processing requests and feedback, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels. - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. - Provide product/service information and troubleshooting assistance. - Process customer requests and feedback. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. In addition to the key responsibilities and requirements stated above, the job is part-time with an expected 28 hours per week.
