About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Calling Associates. The role involves handling customer calls (inbound/outbound), providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, promotions, and service-related updates.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of calling/telecalling/customer support experience (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
• Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
