We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate - Hindi Voice to provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone In Hindi. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service.
