Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor at Kosmo Tata Motors in Jalandhar, Phagwara, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, and Dasuya, your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers with their queries and providing them with information about products and services - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience - Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the dealership Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Please note that the company offers health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund benefits. The work schedule is in the day shift, and there is a performance bonus available. Additionally, you will be eligible for cell phone reimbursement and provident fund benefits.
