Customer Advisor English Speaking

Role Overview: As a Customer Advisor at Travix, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. You will be handling air-related questions from customers, processing changes and cancellations of existing bookings, and assisting with general inquiries such as online check-in, luggage, and travel documents. Your focus will be on delivering qualitative support with a high level of first contact resolution while meeting the required support cases handled per day. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. - Process changes and cancellations of existing bookings. - Assist customers with general inquiries such as online check-in, luggage, and travel documents. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Customer Service is preferred. - Previous experience as an Online Travel Agent is a plus. - Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly evolving business priorities. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to find the right answers to customer questions. - Computer savvy with the ability to navigate between multiple systems and web browsers. - Fluent written and spoken English is essential. - Availability to work on weekends and bank holidays with a professional and friendly attitude. - Experience in a multinational company and working with different cultures or countries is a plus.
