Job Description

As a Credit Specialist at our company, your primary responsibilities include: - Performing order releases, new account set ups, credit investigations, and collection contacts - Providing credit information to customers within specified deadlines - Processing credit applications requests from customers - Communicating with customers and other departments within the company to resolve account issues - Processing Service Orders and submitting EDI and portal invoices to customers - Determining customer needs and making suggestions for customer accounts possibilities - Working effectively with customers to collect outstanding accounts - Demonstrating effective time management skills and prioritizing tasks - Supporting and participating in the company's total quality process Qualifications required for this role include: - Possessing a Bachelor's degree in accounts or finance - Having familiarity with company policies, procedures, and systems - Understanding and correctly working with multiple currencies - Demonstrating professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Native language Please note that this is a summary of the primary responsibilities and qualifications for this position.
