Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, provide guidance to team members, and oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of the applications. Your role will also require you to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that the applications remain competitive and effective in meeting user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with configuration and customization of Workday applications. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to Workday.
