Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Administration. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in developing and executing test scripts for web applications. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
