Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Any degreeSummary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required specifications and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Strong understanding of software configuration management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Any degree is required.
