Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical requirements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Designing, coding, and testing Java-based applications and APIs using the Spring Boot framework. 2) Testing: Experience with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting application modules 3) Performance Optimization: Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, implementing performance tuning techniques 4) Must have good communication skills 5) Must be interacting with team members, product owners and other stakeholders to complete the work Professional & Technical Skills: 1) Must have worked in creating Spring Boot applications and deploying in OpenShift Cluster 2) Must have experience in designing, developing, and deploying RESTful APIs, working with databases, and ensuring applications are scalable, efficient, and secure.x 3) Java: Strong core Java programming skills REST APIs: Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs. Databases: Familiarity with database design, SQL, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate. Microservices: Understanding of microservices architecture and experience with building microservices Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
