Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also collaborate with team members to drive innovation and efficiency in software development practices, contributing to the overall success of the projects you oversee.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Identifying the user requirements 2. Reviewing gaps and proposing a solution for user story in implementation 3. Develop the code 4. Mentor other team members 5) Client communication 6) Code review, Unit testing 7) Review branching .

Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience in system integration and configuration management.-Experience on 3DEXPERIENCE 2023x or above migration and configuration-3DEXperience customization expert .
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in 3DExperience Enovia Customization-Good Project Management experience & Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.-Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 year full time education is required.
