About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Educational Qualification :Preferred to have workday related Certification15 years full time education
Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application functionality.

Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications.

Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Preferred to have Workday related Certification is required.
