Project Role :Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating design specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

Develop and document application design specifications to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.

Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience with scripting and automation for load testing.

Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.

Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
