About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications meet both functional and technical specifications while adhering to best practices in software development.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.

Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
