About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure the delivery of quality software products that align with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure functionality and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Selenium.

Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Ability to write clear and concise documentation for software processes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
