About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :Oracle Database Administration (DBA)

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design.

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in existing systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

Strong understanding of database design and architecture.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.

Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for database management.

Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
