About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a SAP ABAP HANA developer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software components you develop are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, build and implement backend programs in SAP systems.

Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality within the SAP - Responsible for successful implementation and monitoring of SAP export interfaces to other systems - Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting Digital Platform Service to enhance the clients?? business functionality and performance.

Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives, and seeks alignment.

Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design. -Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way.-Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders. -Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.

Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, ABAP Developer - Must have SAP ABAP Development exp within SAP''s Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) for S/4HANA.

Experience working in S/4HANA implementation and support projects.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with modern software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
