About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, addressing maintenance and enhancement tasks, and contributing to the overall development efforts of the organization. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and expectations, while also participating in problem-solving discussions and decision-making processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.

Strong understanding of web application development principles and best practices.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

Ability to work with version control systems like Git.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.

This position is based in Mumbai.

A 15 years full time education is required.
