Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand requirements, coding and enhancing software components, and utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will also participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall improvement of software processes and practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
