Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
7-10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Copado DevOps implementation.Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, change sets, sandboxes, and deployment processes.Expertise in Git, branching strategies, and release versioning.Familiarity with SFDX, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.Strong communication and documentation skills.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and enforce release governance policies, including audit trails, user permissions, and compliance controls.Create and maintain documentation on deployment processes, branching strategies, and Copado configurationDesign and implement scalable, secure, and robust Copado DevOps solutions on Salesforce.Define and establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment flows, and environment strategies using Copado.Architect and implement version control (Git) and release branching strategies across environments.Serve as the point of contact for resolving deployment failures, merge conflicts, and release rollbacks.Proactively monitor and optimize Copado pipelines for performance and reliabilityAct as the technical lead across Salesforce delivery teams for all DevOps-related activities.Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, and Project Managers to ensure smooth and consistent releases.Provide mentorship and guidance on Copado usage, deployment strategies, and best practices.
