-Develop competency-based assessments aligned with learning outcomes, mapping question items with -NCF Competencies to identify the attainment of key Goals and Competencies of each learner.
-Design assessments, exams, and project work that align with course objectives.
-Update and revise existing curriculum based on feedback and evolving industry trends.
-mplement instructional strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
-Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
-Experience in curriculum design, or educational content creation.
