Current Affairs faculty

RAYACADEMY IAS is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Current Affairs Faculty who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students preparing for Odisha Civil Services (OPSC OAS) and other competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures on National, International, and Odisha-specific current affairs
• Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly current affairs compilations
• Develop MCQs and practice sets aligned with OPSC standards
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and group discussions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline
• Fluency in Odia and English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or content creation for civil services exams
• Strong command over current events and analytical understanding

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in coaching institutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging classroom content using PPTs and interactive methods

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
