Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lectures on National, International, and Odisha-specific current affairs Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly current affairs compilations Develop MCQs and practice sets aligned with OPSC standards Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and group discussions Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline Fluency in Odia and English Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or content creation for civil services exams Strong command over current events and analytical understanding Preferred Skills: Previous experience in coaching institutions Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to create engaging classroom content using PPTs and interactive methods Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
