Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering training sessions and supporting and motivating adults in a professional and engaging manner. Your role will involve working with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds in more than one specialist area. Additionally, you will need to possess good organizational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to motivate others effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering training sessions to groups - Supporting and motivating adults in their learning journey - Working with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds - Demonstrating subject knowledge and expertise with 2-5 years of experience - Delivering training in more than one specialist area - Collaborating with HR, Product Trainers, and all Lines of Business (LOB) Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good organizational skills - Computer literacy - Ability to motivate others effectively - Experience in delivering training sessions - Experience in supporting and motivating adults - Ability to work both as a team member and independently - Flexibility in working practices - Knowledge and awareness of first aid - Familiarity with managing cultural activities,
