CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's technology strategy, product development, software development, and IT architecture as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at RNTL. Your role will involve close cooperation with different department heads to ensure alignment with business goals. This full-time position is based in New Delhi and offers a hybrid work-from-home flexibility. As the CTO, you should have expertise in Software Development and Product Development, strong skills in Project Management and IT Strategy, experience in IT Architecture and designing scalable solutions, excellent leadership and team management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Previous experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry would be a plus.,
