CSSD Technician

· To monitor activities related to the different sterilization process and keep proper records.

· To do packing as per type of item and type of sterilization process to be performed with the help of concern department.

· To do sterilization of supplies received from different user department in time.

· To maintain proper inventory of consumables for available equipment.

· To assign duties to technicians and monitor smooth functioning of the department.

· To check and maintain proper documentation for sterilization compliance. In case of non compliance redo the sterilization.

· To recall the supply through proper traceability, if reported any adverse indications by user department / ICN.

· To maintain day to day CSSD transaction file, Process Cycle Register, Sterilization Compliance Records.

· Ensure proper storage of sterilized and non sterilized items at identified location (to avoid mix up).

· To maintain efficiency of all equipment used to perform tasks in sterilization process, perform preventive steps as recommended by manufacturer.

· In case of break down, contact B M Eng. and vendor on priority.

· Follow safety precautions.

· Interact with staff members at the user departments to understand requirements.

· To keep yourself updated on the subject.

· To train the subordinate staff for day to day activity as per need.

· To generate and submit all MIS reports asked on time to reporting authority.

· To perform tasks, assignments given by management time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
