Our foundation was created by a group of like-minded individuals dedicated to social work, focusing on health, education, sustainability, vocational training, empowering women, and child development. We aim to ease poverty by enabling the world to donate and are becoming one of the best and most trusted donation and helping platforms in India. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CSR & Fundraising Manager. The CSR & Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be tasked with coordinating fundraising events, maintaining accurate records, and creating reports on fundraising activities. Additionally, the manager will work closely with corporate partners to promote charitable activities and encourage donations.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or related field
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
