Our mission is to support underprivileged children in reaching their physical, mental, and emotional potential by involving civil society in sustainable development efforts. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CSR & Fundraising Manager. The CSR & Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be tasked with coordinating fundraising events, maintaining accurate records, and creating reports on fundraising activities. Additionally, the manager will work closely with corporate partners to promote charitable activities and encourage donations. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or related field Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
