Job Description

As a CSM ServiceNow Implementer, you will be part of an established team supporting the implementation of the ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) module. Your responsibilities will include activating and configuring the module, defining system scope and objectives in collaboration with functional resources, and contributing to the improvement of the application portfolio. Here are the key responsibilities you can expect: - Formulate and define system scope and objectives. - Be responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. - Demonstrate technical knowledge across all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. - Understand the business or function for which the application is designed. - Continually learn about new technologies, generate new ideas, and improve the use of modern technologies. - Configure and activate Application Portfolio Management (APM). - Develop Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services. - Integrate APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM. - Utilize strong technical competencies to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot any production issues. - Work closely with cross-functional and development teams to provide automated solutions/fixes. - Contribute to the continual improvement of Delivery and Support Services processes. - Participate in SCRUM events and complete assigned items within the determined Sprint target. - Meet with key stakeholders and follow up with action items for necessary workarounds based on requirements. Qualifications and Requirements: Essential qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer/Electronics or related field. - ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Application Portfolio Management (APM) Implementer Certification. Good to Have: - Certification in SAM & HAM. - Certified Implementation Specialist IT Service Management. Key competencies: - 8-10 years of total experience in IT Related fields. - Intermediate knowledge of development languages: XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and JavaScript. - Experience working in ServiceNow platform as an Admin & Developer. - Experience in developing Service Catalogs, implementing ACLs, transform maps, Flows via flow designer, client scripts, CMDB health metrics. - 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience in Service Catalog, CMDB & Discovery, Service Portal, Workflows, Dashboards, REST APIs. - Prior working experience on APM module is desirable. Other skills and abilities: - Ability to adapt quickly to learn new tools, new technologies, and current industry standards. - Ability to work in a global distributed setting without supervision. - Self-driven, proactive, with a systems thinking approach.,
