CSM (Channel Sales Manager)

As a Relationship Manager at Club Oxygen, your role involves managing the day-to-day relationships with channel partners. You will act as a liaison between Club Oxygen and the assigned channel partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with both current and prospective partners. Your key responsibilities include: - Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts - Coordinating Club Oxygen personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations - Selling through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources - Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts - Managing direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between channel and direct teams - Ensuring partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements - Participating in a partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones - Identifying partners, working with sales resources, marketing, etc., to develop and launch products in their markets to drive incremental joint revenue achievement In addition, the ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field and 3-5 years or more of relevant experience in Agency Sales, particularly in Insurance, Vacation Ownership, or Real Estate. You should possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the job and have the ability to work effectively within a team.
